PHP 150.00 TESTING FEE
- Receipt of PHP 150 from Accounting Office
- SHS ID or Report Card
- 1 piece of 1X1 ID Picture
- Pencil with Eraser
- 1 Long Brown Envelope
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
- Take the College Admission Test (CAT)
- Proceed to CIT OFFICE
- Fill out the student information sheet at the REGISTRAR’S OFFICE
- Pay enrollment fee (Php 1,500) at the ACCOUNTING OFFICE
- Sign the Discipline Probation Contract at the DSA OFFICE
- Secure your school ID from the SECURITY AND SAFETY OFFICE
